You don't need a fancy tabletop grill to make amazing Korean BBQ in your backyard.
In this hands-on team building experience with Chef Jacob, you and your team will work together as you learn the essential knife skills and grilling skills needed to prepare an impressive four-course Korean BBQ menu right at home.
Some of the recipes and dishes you and your team can look forward to mastering in this Korean BBQ class with Chef Jacob include a crisp cucumber kimchi, a homemade sesame vinaigrette, swoon-worthy Kalbi short ribs with perfectly prepared rice and grilled vegetables, and an Asian fruit salad featuring melon for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

What a perfect way to christen our newly remodeled kitchen with a our group of 6 family members and friends! Chef Jacob brought everything we needed to prepare a 3-course Indian dinner. He’s a terrific, easygoing teacher who got everyone chopping, kneading, stirring, and laughing. The food we made was delicious and Jacob left us nicely printed copies of the recipes (which we will definitely prepare again). I highly recommend this!
