In this hands-on team building class with Chef Jacob, you will learn how to prepare a menu of authentic Mexican cuisine from scratch using traditional cooking techniques and fresh, high-quality ingredients.
You and your team will begin by working together to prepare a citrusy shrimp ceviche appetizer and homemade corn tortillas. Then, Chef Jacob will teach you the steps to creating a tender chicken bathed in a tomato and chile sauce with an incredible depth of flavor before ending with a tres leches cake for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
