WHAT YOU’LL DO
Discover a menu of authentic Mexican fare in this team building experience with Chef Jacob.
In this hands-on team building class with Chef Jacob, you will learn how to prepare a menu of authentic Mexican cuisine from scratch using traditional cooking techniques and fresh, high-quality ingredients.
You and your team will begin by working together to prepare a citrusy shrimp ceviche appetizer and homemade corn tortillas. Then, Chef Jacob will teach you the steps to creating a tender chicken bathed in a tomato and chile sauce with an incredible depth of flavor before ending with a tres leches cake for dessert.

What a perfect way to christen our newly remodeled kitchen with a our group of 6 family members and friends! Chef Jacob brought everything we needed to prepare a 3-course Indian dinner. He’s a terrific, easygoing teacher who got everyone chopping, kneading, stirring, and laughing.
