In this hands-on team building class with Chef Matt, you and your team will learn how to prepare a three-course Japanese menu showcasing three different types of traditional sushi rolls.
After beginning with a traditional, full-flavored Japanese seaweed salad, you and your team will work together to prepare either sweet or spicy tuna rolls, Boston rolls with cooked shrimp, and Philadelphia rolls with smoked salmon. For dessert, Chef Matt will teach you and your colleagues the secrets to preparing an incredibly moist and beautifully vibrant Japanese green tea sponge cake.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
