After attending culinary school at San Diego City College, Chef Stacy decided to start her own business. She is also an experienced Kosher chef, an advocate for clean eating and an educator on how to avoid harmful ingredients.

Chef Washington shares his talents as a trained chef with aspiring cooks of all ages and skill levels. His experience in the culinary industry ranges from roles in hotels and restaurants, as well as years spent in middle school education. Originally from Argentina, with its own special mix of cultures, Chef Daniel has lived in Los Angeles for the past 35 years where he has been exposed to its rich diversity of cuisines. This wide range of experiences influences and informs his food on a daily basis, enabling him to borrow ingredients and techniques from one another. Chef Daniel aims to teach fundamentals to his students, so they need not rely on recipes.

While building 16 years of experience in sushi restaurants, Chef Harold developed a diverse style of cooking. He is inspired by the world around us — from traditional Japanese sushi techniques to local farmers market finds — and brings it all to the table. He loves hospitality and brings soul, magic and logic into your cooking as he drives you toward personal mastery and becoming your best self in the kitchen.

Hailing from Japan, Chef Shinya focuses on crafting outstanding cuisine centering on traditional and authentic Japanese recipes, but mixed with a passion for using fresh, local ingredients. This method, along with his extensive experience as a culinary instructor, chef trainer and former restaurant owner who has earned three stars from Seattle Times, proves Chef Shinya's classes will be extraordinary.

Chef Frederico has had a strong passion for cooking since he was a teenager, beginning his culinary career working as a waiter and as a manager in the restaurant business in his home country of Italy. Chef Frederico then came to the U.S. and his culinary career continued to reach new heights. Now, he is sharing his skills, knowledge, and gastronomic prowess in an array of incredible and delicious culinary experiences!

Chef Dock was just 11 years old when he discovered his passion for the culinary arts. After working as a line cook, he managed a bustling restaurant, where he provided tasteful corporate catering services to high net-worth clients. With deep knowledge about ingredients geared toward a healthy lifestyle and memory enhancement, Chef Dock now owns a private chef and catering company, specializing in a variety of cuisines and simple, nourishing meals.

Chef Ivan’s zeal for cooking began at a very young age, leading him to attend culinary school at the ripe age of just 14. The Italian chef, who has cooked all over Europe, now lives in New York where he runs a catering company and volunteers teaching children kitchen skills. Chef Ivan focuses on Italian, French and sushi courses, and is excited to educate guests on new techniques.
