Chef Antonio made crab cakes, steaks with potatoes and asparagus with hollandaise sauce and chocolate soufflé. His tips and tricks make all the difference in the world. The steak was SO tender and delicious. The soufflé was so light and fluffy it was absolutely perfect. The hollandaise sauce was **chefs kiss **. Absolutely zero complaints
