Begin with tuna Niçoise featuring seared ahi, lemon aioli, hard-boiled egg, olives, chervil vinaigrette, cold poached Yukon potatoes and asparagus. The main course presents a classic surf and turf the French way: steak au poivre with peppercorn and cognac demi-glace alongside sole meunière with fresh lemon, brown butter, parsley and capers.
