As the owner of a self-sufficient restaurant concept in New Mexico, he has overseen everything from menu development and staffing to financial planning and purchasing. His background spans executive chef and food and beverage leadership roles, where he opened new concepts, managed large teams and maintained strong cost control. Now expanding his presence to Colorado Springs and Albuquerque, Chef James brings operational expertise disciplined leadership and a commitment to quality to every culinary experience he creates.
