This private chef experience highlights classic holiday flavors in a customizable selection of comforting dishes. Blending traditional American ingredients with European finesse, Chef ShaSha presents a gourmet feast customized for your gathering.

We had Chef Shasha for my sister’s birthday celebration and we had such a fantastic and memorable time. Chef Shasha is fun and she taught us so many things about baking and cooking. We made bruschetta, ravioli and fettuccine pasta as well as a rich chocolate mousse. This experience will be remembered forever and on top of that we have learned skills to make us better cooks/bakers. I would highly recommend Chef Shasha for your class. It is worth every dollar!

We made Ricotta Cannoli, Panna Cotta, Ricciarelli and chocolate ganache. It was such a great family bonding experience and the desserts came out extremely delicious. My favorite dessert was the Panna Cotta. When I found this class on CozyMeal I knew I wanted to try something different and Chef Shasha was such a pleasant instructor.

Chef ShaSha is such a delight! I booked this experience for my boyfriend’s birthday since he loves Italian food and has always wanted to learn how to make pasta from scratch. A few days prior to the event, Chef ShaSha called me and we chatted about the menu. Unfortunately her new ravioli maker hadn’t come in yet so we decided to pivot to making Pappardelle pasta with a red sauce instead. The morning of, she arrived early and brought all necessary items we needed (fresh and prepped ingredients, a pasta roller, etc). She was incredibly knowledgeable about the history behind our food items, given her culinary background and education, and very patient and flexible with us. I really enjoyed how hands-on we got to be. We aren’t the most outgoing people but Chef ShaSha immediately broke the ice and brought so much fun and laughter to the experience. Our food turned out amazing with her help, and most importantly my boyfriend loved the entire event. Can’t speak highly of her enough; would definitely recommend booking!

Thank you Chef Sha Sha! We had a fabulous experience! Chef Sha Sha came to my house to teach us ladies how to make Bruschetta, Cannoli, and ravioli with tomato sauce (yum!!) from scratch. This was a birthday shindig. There were 5 of us. I have a small kitchen, but she was flexible with the workflow and made it happen. She stayed over the scheduled 3hr time because she took her time with each of us on the pasta machine. She's very patient, thorough, attention to detail, and ensured each of us was hands. She even quizzed us throughout. :) Chef explained the whys, the hows, the don'ts, and suggested options and alternatives. She is so personable and pleasant; good times! It really was a fun and unique experience. Our food came out picture perfect and sooo tasty! We highly recommend Chef Sha Sha for any cooking lessons.

Today we had Chef ShaSha come to our home for an Italian cooking class. She had all the cooking supplies and food to prep and cook with her. She went over what she was going to show us how to make and gave us several choices for the pasta making, the bread, and the dessert. Everything was well organized! We liked that she would show us what and how to do stuff and then let us step in to finish the dish or start another process. My partner and I have different skill levels of cooking, he’s much more skilled than I, but Chef went with the flow, and we each did things that were new. It got more exciting as we went along. She even let us like the bowls of leftover ingredients for dessert and cheese. Yum!! It was like having a friend teach us how to cook the food. She is a great teacher/friend as she knows her Italian cooking and presents in a way that is easy to catch on. We also loved when she told us about the history of Italian cooking, the different foods that are made in the north and south of Italy. We really like that she’s going to give us the recipes of what we made so we can try them ourselves. After she left, we ate the ravioli, the bread (so good but can’t remember the name), and the dessert. There is plenty left for more meals later in the week. Thank you, again, Chef ShaSha!! We will definitely have you over again and this time we’ll bring more friends and family.

Wow! Chef Shasha really knows her stuff. She is so kind, so patient, so courteous, so thorough, so knowledgeable!! She deftly navigated my small kitchen and helped us prepare some of the most delicious ravioli I’ve ever had. Everything was from scratch. She even made HOMEMADE RICOTTA for our dish! The food she brought was all organic and very high quality. She modified the recipes as we needed and even suggested more options for the next time. I really enjoyed this event and highly recommend Chef Shasha! I can’t wait to try homemade pasta on my own and use my new skills. :) 10 out of 10!

My husband, 15-yr old daughter, and I had a great experience with Chef ShaSha. We chose the pasta-making experience at our home, for which Chef ShaSha prepared all ingredients (all fresh), including freshly made tomato sauce. She not only instructed us on technique, she helped us understand why foods are prepared in a certain manner--and even stored in a certain way. She was fun, patient, and overall great to learn from. We all really enjoyed our cooking session with her. I highly recommend taking a class from her.

Chef ShaSha was amazing and adapted to the circumstances since we were renting out an airbnb. Highly recommend as any kind of gift, my girlfriend was very happy with the whole experience. Food was top notch and amazing and we had leftovers for days!

Chef Sha was absolutely amazing! I booked her for my one year anniversary, and tailored the menu to what I thought my boyfriend would enjoy. CHef Sha worked graciously with me to plan the perfect meal. She had prepared the most delicious Sicilian red sauce with sausage and beef braciole prior to coming to my apartment to make the rest of the meal. Once she arrived, we made caprese salad, lemon panna cotta, and the best part was the homemade fettucine!! She gave me and my boyfriend so many helpful tips in preparing food as well as presentation. I learned so much without feeling instructed. My boyfriend told me it was the best anniversary gift he has ever been given! Would definitely recommend this experience to anyone!!

Chef ShaSha was amazing! I purchased a private, in home cooking class for my parents as a (Mother's Day and dad's birthday) present. It was a wonderful experience. They made ravioli from scratch and Chef ShaSha brought all the supplies and ingredients. She was a patient teacher, allowing my family to participate as much or as little as they liked. My parents made a last minute addition, inviting two other guests and Chef ShaSha was most accommodating. She called ahead of time to make sure that the menu was everything we wanted and finalized details assuring us that everything was on track and ready to go. A relief for someone trying to coordinate from a few states away. I will be calling her again!

Chef Sasha was amazing. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed her. She made the experience fun. Now onto the food itself, it was so authentic and so delicious! Her culinary training in Italy was evident. Highly recommend for a date night.

Chef ShaSha was very knowledgeable and prepared a great menu for us. She is obviously very passionate about what she does - we will be using her lessons for a lifetime! Food was delicious to say the least, conversation was light and fun, and Chef ShaSha is like an encyclopedia full of food and cooking knowledge. We are so grateful to have had her as our Chef, we'll definitely be back soon.

Absolutely fantastic! The food was amazing and ShaSha was a wonderful and patient teacher. She really took the time to explain things to us and show us how thoughtfully food could be made. We went from hardly cooking to make a three course meal (including from scratch pasta). It was a delight having her in our home!

We had Chef ShaSha for my sister's birthday celebration and we had such a fantastic and memorable time. Chef Shasha is fun and she taught us so many things about baking and cooking. We made bruschetta, ravioli and fettucine pasta as well as rich chocolate mousse. This experience will be remembered forever and on top of that we have learned, on top of that we have learned skills to make us better cooks/bakers. I would highly recommend Chef Shasha for your class. It is worth evey dollar!
