What You’ll Do

Sit back and relax as Chef Stacy succeeds in making American cuisine great again.

In this private chef experience, Chef Stacy will prepare a four-course menu made completely from scratch. Enjoy a crisp and refreshing kale salad with a creamy tahini goddess dressing, followed by a light summer squash bisque. Next, sample succulent braised chicken or tempeh in a velvety fig and port wine gravy with truffle-oil mashed potatoes and lemon-garlic broccolini on the side. And finally, enjoy a delightful macaroon-topped cobbler à la mode for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

She has been afforded the opportunity to cook for many diverse clientele and strives for superior, friendly customer service, always with fresh ingredients and delicious food. She is also an experienced Kosher chef, an advocate for clean eating and an educator on how to avoid harmful ingredients.
