Discover authentic Italian cuisine in all it's glory.

Take part in a private chef experience with the renowned Chef Maggie. In the comfort of your own home, you'll enjoy a multi-course menu (with a plant-based options available as well) showcasing Chef Maggie's exceptional Italian culinary skills.

You'll begin by choosing your first course from a selection that includes soups, bruschetta and salads ranging from classic kale Caesar salad to spinach & fig salad. Next, for your main course, pick between assortment of pastas, such wild mushroom risotto or lasagna. Finally, you can't forget dessert! Options include vanilla panna cotta, vegan tiramisu pudding cups and tofu cannoli. Buon appetito!

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Maggie's knowledge of global cuisines and intimate knowledge of locally grown produce and ingredients is invaluable. Formerly a cook at a yoga and wellness retreat and sous chef at a vegan restaurant, this yoga instructor and current cooking school chef instructor is passionate about vegan food, which is evident in her curated plant-based creations. Chef Maggie is excited to share her culinary knowledge and expert techniques with you in a variety of cooking classes.

Super fun experience, learning about Mediterranean "Science of flavors". Great time working and learning from Maggie and as she made it entertaining and educational. Amazing food and we will definitely do another experience with her soon. Will be recommending to friends.

We had a wonderful time with Chef Maggie! We learned so much from her - she does a great job of explaining and showing what she was doing, then letting us try to do it ourselves. We ended up with a fantastic vegan taco dinner with homemade tortillas and dessert - totally delicious!! Maggie was also just a lovely, easy person to spend time with, was punctual and friendly, and was very gracious and flexible when we had a childcare snafu pop up in the middle of the class. All in all, we had a great time with Chef Maggie and highly, highly recommend her!

Maggie was so organized and prepared for our class. She taught us some great professional techniques, the meal was delicious and we have such a better understanding of vegan cooking techniques. By the end of class we were both flipping our own crepes!
