Explore the art of Asian cuisine in this private chef experience designed to bring new and innovative flavors to your dining table. A gourmet chef shares tips and techniques while preparing your meal from start to finish.

Begin with a Japanese salad and shrimp tempura. Enjoy a variety of sushi and dumpling selections, including nigiri and hand rolls. Your main entrée is a choice of miso-glazed salmon, Korean short ribs or seared ahi tuna. Dessert is yuzu panna cotta or green tea cheesecake.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

With mixed greens, cucumber, daikon and ginger-sesame dressing GF/DF
Shrimp Tempura
With asparagus and Tentsuyu dipping sauce

With butter, garlic, soy, coconut rice and bok choy
Seared Ahi Tuna Steaks
With seasonal vegetables, sesame and charred lemon potatoes GF
Korean-Style Short Ribs
With sweet shoyu ginger glaze, vegetable fried rice and kimchi

Chef Aaron was very patient with my wife and I (especially me when rolling the seaweed on the rice) as we went through the sushi process. He encouraged questions, and gave us great tips (recommended cutlery, where to source your fish). Would definitely use again.

Highly recommend this cooking class. Chef Aaron was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was patient with my husband and I and willing to answer all of our questions. And the food was delicious!! Aaron brought high quality, seasonal ingredients that made the meal perfect. We will definitely be taking more classes with Aaron in the future.
