Bring home the flavors of a classic steakhouse menu.

Enjoy this luxurious private chef experience from the comfort of your home dining table. Chef Aaron plans, preps and prepares this indulgent meal.

Customize this three-course menu with a variety of gourmet choices. Start with Manhattan clam chowder, shrimp cocktail, baked clams or a fresh Caesar salad. Your main entrée is a selection of filet mignon, pan-seared New York strip or thick-cut pork chops. For dessert, indulge in a classic crème brûlée, salted caramel bread pudding, a chocolate soufflé or chocolate pots de crème.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

First Course (Choose 1 per Group)

Elevated “Wedge” Salad
With crispy pork belly, blue cheese dressing and candied walnut

Classic Caesar Salad
With homemade dressing, focaccia croûtons and Parmesan ribbons

Shrimp Cocktail
With smoked cocktail sauce and lemon-garlic aioli

Manhattan Clam Chowder
With bacon, Yukon gold potatoes, tomato and herbs

Baked Clams Casino
With bell pepper, breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese

Filet Mignon and Red Wine Mushroom Sauce
With garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus

Salt-Crusted Rib-Eye Steak
With herb compound butter, bacon, Brussels sprouts and creamy potato gratin

Pan-Seared New York Strip Steak
With peppercorn sauce, creamed kale, sautéed mushrooms and hand-cut fries

Thick-Cut Pork Chops
With asparagus, creamy potato gratin and garlic Dijon cream sauce

Chef Aaron was very patient with my wife and I (especially me when rolling the seaweed on the rice) as we went through the sushi process. He encouraged questions, and gave us great tips (recommended cutlery, where to source your fish). Would definitely use again.

Highly recommend this cooking class. Chef Aaron was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was patient with my husband and I and willing to answer all of our questions. And the food was delicious!! Aaron brought high quality, seasonal ingredients that made the meal perfect. We will definitely be taking more classes with Aaron in the future.
