WOW! blow away by the whole thing experience. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to have a special meal. Each dish was truly a work of art.

Crab cakes were lovely. Scallops were average and pretty basic. Fruit cobbler was good. Professional and courteous. Left the kitchen cleaner than he found it. Scheduled from 6:30-8:30. Arrived just before 6 and departed just before 7. Felt very much like a complete rush job. I even inquired if he had another event scheduled he seemed in such a rush. No communication unless we asked a question. For the price $325+, would not use Cozymeal again and look at other options.

Chef Adrian was absolutely fantastic! He was so kind, friendly and professional. He cooked for my friends and I for my 60th birthday celebration and he made the entire experience wonderful. The food was delicious and he cleaned up so quickly and left it like he was never there. It was such a joy to not have to worry about cooking or cleaning and just enjoy being with my best friends for the night. My friends are still talking about what a pleasure the entire experience was! I would definitely do this again and I highly recommend Chef Adrian for your special occasion!

Adrian traveled a distance to make our 14th anniversary dinner at our Beachclub a memorable event. Prompt, communicative, adaptable, and personable…Adrian made and executed a four course surf and turf dinner, out of our cabana with limited cooking resources…air fryer/microwave, instant pot/grill. It was flawless, delicious, hot, and beautifully presented. We just got to sit, be served, enjoy, and not have to clean up. The weather was spectacular and our views were incredible. Our Beachclub is surrounded by water, ocean to the East, river to the West, and NYC to the North…dining alfresco was unparalleled! Thank you Adrian! This type of service is the way to go for a unique experience!

Adrian provided an excellent experience and the food was absolutely delicious! We did his Mastering Asian Chinese experience and hope to book his other experiences in the future. He was punctual, well prepared with an organized system of step by step instructions, he provided education on the why of certain cooking techniques and provided amount instructions so that we could replicate the recipe. The food tasted like it was from a high end restaurant and we had plenty of leftovers even after we stuffed our faces. 5/5 stars for a great chef and great experience!

Chef Adrian was a lot of fun. Although we love Japanese cuisine, we had very little knowledge/experience in making it. He took his time explaining the products and the processes needed in order to achieve confidence that we can try it again this week. The end product was delicious and plenty of food, which we really loved.
