Private Chef - Authentic Coastal Flavors

Discover a variety of new modern flavors with a personalized seafood feast.

During this elevated private chef experience, Chef Chris will delight you with a coastal culinary journey. You'll be able to customize your dining options with delicious alternatives available for each course.

You'll start with an appetizer of fresh seafood, a hearty soup or a seasonal salad. For the main course, you get to choose from a variety of refined options, including a creamy lobster risotto, bouillabaisse and more. Conclude your meal with a decadent dessert such as chocolate mousse, strawberry semifreddo, crêpes Suzette or some seasonal fruit with brown butter streusel.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

After discovering his passion for cooking as an Italian language instructor at UC Berkeley, Chef Chris went on to be the co-founder of a culinary event business, specializing in regional Italian cooking, and then worked as a chef teaching cooking classes for corporate groups, cultivating a 5-star rating. Chef Chris now works with a company providing walking food tours of Little Italy as well as teaching his lauded cooking classes.
