Tap into your culinary creativity as you select gourmet dishes to build a custom private chef experience. Chef David expertly prepares your choices, blending the best ingredients from the coast to the heartland.

Start your multi-course meal by selecting a gourmet appetizer such as creamy corn bisque or rainbow beet salad. Craft your signature surf and turf by pairing premium steak or lamb with your favorite seafood, then finish the meal with an elevated dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef David came to cook us Thanksmas! The Surf & Turf meal he prepared was divine! The crab cakes moist and flavorful, the tenderloin cooked to perfection, the flourless chocolate cake simply decadent. Not only was dinner a highlight, Chef David himself is a joy to be around.
