Ya'll, it was SO FUN!!!! We did a family zoom cooking class for my Mom's birthday. Florence worked with us on a menu that met all of our dietary needs, let us choose what we preferred, and was super thorough in details prior to the night. I was a bit skeptical of how this would work on zoom, but you would have thought we were all together in person. It was seamless and such a blast. She talked us through how to cook each dish, chatted with us throughout, and taught us so much. The food was out of this world too! I would highly recommend an experience like this for your family or friends.

Florence created one of the more memorable family birthday celebrations! We were celebrating two young adult birthdays and Florence helped create a delicious menu. Her cooking class was informal but kept everyone engaged and learning new skills such as pasta making and knife skills. The food was fresh and local and seasonal. Florence was an absolute delight to spend time with. My family is still raving about what a fun evening we had. I will definitely use Florence for my next catered event.

Florence created a private dining experience that was thoughtful and creative. Each dish was beautifully plated and exceptionally delicious. She accommodated food preferences and dietary restrictions easily and without hesitation, too. I am looking forward to many more meals with Florence!

Florence led 14 of us through a cooking class to make crepes and toppings for Raleigh Sister Cities. She is patient, thoughtful, and did an excellent job modeling how to make the dish and teaching us how to do it. She’s wonderful to work with and a gracious host! We look forward to working with her again.

We've used Sucre&Sel for two company events, and both events were flawless. The interactive cooking experience is fun for all and great for team building. I highly recommend Florence for a unique and memorable dinner experience.

Chef Florence is amazing! I learned so much from her and can't wait for another class. Chef Florence is excellent at helping people with food allergies to create new, delicious meal options. She is an extraordinary teacher and makes cooking fun.

I took a group class with Florence last year, and then scheduled our own private family class. I can't recommend her enough. She is very personable and professional. Her teaching style is lovely--just enough explanations without being overbearing. Our cooking endeavors were so successful-- with attractive, delicious and hearty meals in a relaxed atmosphere. When you choose Florence, you have good taste!

Florence is not only a talented chef, but she is an engaging teacher and a lovely person that you and your group will really enjoy spending your evening with. My friends and I had so much fun cooking with Florence. They are still talking about what a great night it was!
