We absolutely loved our time with Chef Florence! She was very friendly and did an outstanding job in teaching us how to prepare an authentic Italian meal. The food was delicious and the six of us enjoyed being able to take part in the entire preparation process. We HIGHLY recommend both her and the experience to others!!

She is patient, thoughtful, and did an excellent job modeling how to make the dish and teaching us how to do it. She’s wonderful to work with and a gracious host! I took a group class with Florence last year, and then scheduled our own private family class. I can't recommend her enough. She is very personable and professional. Her teaching style is lovely--just enough explanations without being overbearing. Our cooking endeavors were so successful-- with attractive, delicious and hearty meals in a relaxed atmosphere.
