WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE

Celebrate a romantic evening or special event with family and friends.
This indulgent private chef experience brings gourmet flavors to your home dining room. No need to travel all the way to Italy, as the chef will bring the authentic flavors straight to your plate.

You'll start with steamed mussels in a white wine, garlic and saffron broth. Next, enjoy grilled romaine with suma and blood orange wedges. Your main entrée is handmade pappardelle pasta with braised beef, red peppers and rainbow carrots in a tomato cream sauce. Dessert is a creamy avocado and white chocolate mousse with raspberry.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

With garlic, saffron broth and grilled French bread
Grilled Romaine
With suma, blood orange, chevre, toasted pine nuts and an orange vinaigrette
Handmade Pappardelle Pasta

Jaime is so knowledgeable and skilled, but still able to put cooking into layperson terms. His food is inventive, tasty and comforting. I have had the pleasure of dining at a couple of restaurants that he worked at, as well as in his home. He is always willing to answer my questions and guide me through his processes.
