Enjoy a decadent three-course meal inspired by the fresh seafood and coastal flavors of South Africa cooked by an in-home private chef. Start with an appetizer of pan-seared scallops topped with a vibrant green pea and jalapeno puree. Next, enjoy a Cape Malay cod served with mussels, carrots and zucchini. End the experience with a Cape Town apple bake, warm cinnamon-infused apples, vanilla and pink pepper sponge topped with homemade gelato.

Chef Elmie began her cooking career in South Africa, where she worked at a top-rated contemporary South African restaurant. After relocating to the U.S., she continued to hone her expertise at notable chef-driven restaurants in the Charlotte area before going on to earn her Nutritional Food Science degree. A versatile chef, Elmie's repertoire includes South African, American, Italian, Asian, Indian, and plant-based cuisines.
