Chef Elmie began her cooking career in South Africa, where she worked at a top-rated contemporary South African restaurant. After relocating to the U.S., she continued to hone her expertise at notable chef-driven restaurants in the Charlotte area before going on to earn her Nutritional Food Science degree.
