What You’ll Do

Infuse the flavors and ingredients of the islands with a few favorite American dishes.

The flavors of the Caribbean will be on full display in this immersive private chef experience. Chef Nyjal will craft a multi-course meal that takes inspiration from the islands. Being the meal with baked cod shredded and paired with peppers, onions and garlic. Then roast Brussels sprouts with honey and cayenne pepper sauce. On the side, enjoy a creamy white yam puree made with butter. For dessert, enjoy a refreshing mango or pineapple sorbet to end the meal.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

There was not enough food for 11 adults. There was not enough to do for 11 adults. He did too much and didn't let us do enough. Example, I did the canoli station and he started to put the ingredients in the bowl. He also took a dish of food home when there wasn't enough for all of us. We paid $100 per person, there should have been extra extra food for us.
