Begin with fresh and fruity options like vanilla Greek yogurt with berry compote or a grapefruit and avocado salad. For the main course, choose from sweet and savory dishes such as fried chicken and waffles complete with maple gravy, shrimp and grits or experiment with a make-your-own omelet station. Complete your brunch with gourmet sides and breakfast pastries for a truly memorable meal.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Adrian was a lot of fun. Although we love Japanese cuisine, we had very little knowledge/experience in making it. He took his time explaining the products and the processes needed in order to achieve confidence that we can try it again this week. The end product was delicious and plenty of food, which we really loved.
