Private Chef - Luxury Seafood Feast

You'll feel as if you're dining seaside with this decadent seafood feast.

Fresh seafood and tantalizing flavors will be the star of this luxury private chef experience. Chef Meshelle will craft a four-course meal featuring elevated versions of classic seafood dishes, starting with a creamy lobster bisque flavored with cognac and filled with buttery vegetables and tender lobster meat. Next, enjoy salmon en croûte, wrapped in a flaky puff pastry with aromatic herbs, creamy spinach and Gruyère cheese. Then, Argentina grilled shrimp cooked with sundried tomato and white wine. Finish the meal with a zesty key lime pie for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
