WHAT YOU’LL EXPERIENCE
Experience the rich and hearty flavors that characterize Peruvian cuisine.
During this private chef experience, Chef Iliana will prepare for you a four-course meal with staple dishes of Peruvian gastronomy. You’ll start with a zesty ceviche featuring fresh sea bass, sweet potatoes and corn. Then, you’ll explore the flavors of a creamy shrimp soup, and a traditional beef stir-fry served with rice and fries. For dessert, you’ll enjoy alfajores: Delicate shortbread cookies filled with dulce de leche.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
