Transport yourself to Northern Italy to enjoy these rustic Italian flavors.

During this private chef experience, Chef Alessio will prepare a four-course meal of the finest Italian cuisine, starting with antipasto that includes prosciutto, burrata and warm garlic sourdough. Next, enjoy a salad made of fresh arugula and Parmesan and drizzled with lemon vinaigrette. Beef Milanese and creamy mashed potatoes serves as the main course, followed by strawberry-black pepper panna cotta for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Antipasto Misto

With prosciutto, burrata, grilled garlic sourdough, gorgonzola and aged Parmigiano-Reggiano

Tricolore Salad

With blond endive, radicchio, arugula, Parmesan and lemon vinaigrette

Manzo Milanese

With beef, olive oil-whipped mashed potatoes and cherry tomatoes

Strawberry-Black Pepper Panna Cotta

With cream and bourbon vanilla

Chef Alessio was amazing! He was very personable and his ravioli transported us to Italy and even made some of us tear up because of how delicious it was. We also really enjoyed hearing about his Italian roots. Boxed pasta has forever been ruined for us and that is definitely not a bad thing! Would 1000% recommend this experience with Chef Alessio! Thank you again!

Chef Alessio is the best! The dinner was excellent and the presentation was more than perfect. We all enjoyed having a conversation with him while he created our dinner.

This class was great. Chef Alessio was very friendly, personable, and helpful. The food was amazing and we will definitely book again. If you are interested in this type of class I definitely recommend using Chef Alessio.

Chef Alessio created a personal and friendly experience filled with fun anecdotes, delicious recipes, and memories that will last a lifetime. This is truly a one-of-a-kind experience with a hands-on opportunity to work with a master in his field, making pasta and laughing throughout the night. I truly cannot recommend this class enough and plan on booking another experience with Chef Alessio.

Chef Alessio's pasta class was a real treat. I learned how to make the perfect ravioli, while listening to interesting food anecdotes all relating to pasta and its origins. It was great to find out how versatile pasta really is. Different ingredients, shapes, fillings and of course sauces to go with it. Salty, sweet, boiled, roasted, fried.....the possibilities are endless. What a fun experience it was and Chef Alessio's upbringing in Italy made it that much more special and authentic.
