This private chef experiences from Chef Autumn is your invitation to explore the delicious traditions of American Southern cuisine. Indulge in a comfort food collection featuring classic fried green tomatoes served with goat cheese and a smoky bacon jam and tender roasted chicken with authentic succotash and mashed potatoes on the side. Gorgeous Georgia peaches with crispy streusel and cheesecake crème anglaise will be served for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

If we could have Chef Autumn come cook every single night we would! We did the Contemporary Kitchen cooking class to celebrate our anniversary at home and it was truly one of the best meals I’ve had in awhile! Chef Autumn is so kind, talented & it felt like we had known her for years! I cannot recommend enough! 100/10 stars! It was amazing!!!

This was a birthday gift to my 13 yr old son who loves to cook. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening learning how to prepare some amazing Chinese dishes that Autumn made with lots of practical advice and time-saving recommendations. The experience was even better than I expected, and we will look for opportunities to work with Autumn again!

We had Autumn's Modern French Bistro Fare and it was soooo yummy! The goat cheese and caramelized onion puff pastry tart was flakey and beautifully balanced. The hangar steak wonderfully tender and paired perfectly with the parsnip puree and broccolini which our taste buds loved. Finished off with the Chocolate pot de creme with espresso cream and candied pistachios, rich and decadent. The espresso cream topping had such a light hint of espresso that even this coffee hater thought it was fantastic! Such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be coming up with more excuses to have Autumn back for wonderful meals in the future!
