He'll apply gourmet techniques to elevate familiar favorites to the realm of plant-based luxury. Enjoy a stunning soup featuring roasted cauliflower and garlic, and baked vegan scallops crafted from trumpet mushrooms. Then, savor a silky vegan pasta Alfredo before finishing up with a creamy chocolate mousse.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Aaron taught some great knife skills and how to make baja shrimp spring rolls, Asian/Hawaiian fusion style. Great explanations of what was going on. Finished product was tasty, with shrimp nicely coloured and fillings of mango, avo and cabbage with some lime juice.
Chef Aaron's diverse experience in the culinary world includes work as a sous chef, a garde manger and even a sushi master. After receiving his culinary arts and management certificate, he dove head-first into the realm of gourmet cookery in restaurants and hotels around Southern California. Every step led him to new levels of creativity and craftsmanship, making Chef Aaron an instructor and private cook of exceptional skill.
