Private Chef - Elevated Plant-Based Cuisine
During this private chef experience, Chef Joshua Elias will take you on a journey to explore exquisite flavor combinations from the best the Earth has to give, beginning with an eggplant caponata made with capers and fresh herbs. For the main dish, you'll taste juicy beet steak with puréed celeriac, cauliflower, quinoa and maitake, followed by a creamy basil velouté with tomatoes. Dessert features a white chocolate crème brûlée made with coconut and pistachios.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
