From appetizer to dessert, this Spanish menu showcases a handful of classics.

Savor the traditional ingredients of Spanish cuisine in this private chef experience with Chef Chericia. Begin with a refreshing gazpacho featuring a blend of tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers, and a mouthwatering hanger steak topped with herby chimichurri sauce. Next, enjoy classic paella teeming with chorizo and seafood, and a spinach and apple salad. For dessert, Chef Chericia will serve a decadent citrus flan.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Chericia did a fantastic job preparing the Quintessential Spanish menu for 18 of us. We were kept up to date with the progress of each dish and was able to enjoy a course while she prepared the rest of the meal. Each dish was delicious and was artfully presented. Chef Chericia was amazing! She put together such a lovely spread for my family of 6 as a surprise for my mom’s birthday. Her food was insanely delicious and we loved her company! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
