In this private chef experience, explore an incredible surf and turf menu handcrafted by Chef Karen. Begin with a kale salad drizzled with a zesty Champagne vinaigrette. For your entrée, indulge in a perfectly cooked New York strip steak and a lobster tail showered in garlic butter with creamy mashed potatoes and balsamic-glazed Brussels sprouts. For dessert, select from a pecan or fruit pie as the perfect end to your meal.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Dinner with a chef Karen was beyond our expectations and wonderful. She arrived on time to set up. She was professional and engaging. Felt like a family dinner. We laughed, we learned, and we enjoyed to most amazingly prepped meal in the comfort of our home. Even with our two boys there, Chef Karen was able to navigate it all and provided a beautiful dining experience. Thank you very much! This was a meal to remember. Every serving just kept getting better. Will definitely recommend and be returning.

My partner and I had a great meal experience with Chef Karen. She was prepared, professional, and punctual. We had a delicious, well-seasoned meal in her surf-and-turf and there's was a little left over from her prep work that she left in our fridge for us to enjoy the next day. I recommend Chef Karen to anyone reading this review!
