Savor beloved Italian dishes with a fresh and artistic spin curated by Chef Blake.

Enjoy a spread of classic Italian dishes, carefully prepared by Chef Blake. You'll start with grilled bread topped with smoked gouda, tomatoes and herbs, and a decadent scratch-made pizza with wild mushrooms, truffle oil and arugula. Choose mushroom ragu over artisan pasta or brown butter sage salmon with basil orzo for your entrée then sink your spoon into rich tiramisu.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

We had an awesome experience with Chef Blake coming to our house and cooking a nice Asian Fusion meal. He was on time, extremely professional, and made our kitchen sparkly clean afterwards. Most importantly, the food was absolutely amazing and tasty! We will definitely be using Chef Blake again in the future!

Chef Blake took me through an Asian market and how to pick out amazing ingredients for a unique Asian inspired dish he calls "the evolution". He opened my eyes up to try several new things in my home cooking and not be intimidated by other cuisines.
