Savor the best of land and sea with this mouthwatering menu curated by Chef Blake, beginning with chorizo and shrimp soup with tomato and hominy. Next, indulgent lump crab meat and blue cheese salad with bibb lettuce and sweet apples, and chimichurri-marinated steak with seared scallops and roasted asparagus. End with a rich, dark and delicious flourless chocolate cake for a true steakhouse experience.

We had a wonderful evening with Blake! The food was phenomenal and he was professional, but friendly. We will definitely be having him back for another great experience! He was tipped at the end of the evening.
