For your appetizer, enjoy seafood sausage phyllo filled with fresh lobster, shrimp and tender scallops. Savor a succulent roasted rack of lamb for your entrée, seasoned with garlic rosemary and mint chutney, and a root vegetable casserole and fresh baby green beans on the side.
