Private Chef - Date Night With Plant-Based Fare
Explore the creativity of plant-based cooking with an elevated menu curated by Chef Alice. A decadent menu skips the meat but none of the flavor. Crispy vegan crab cakes with micro greens gets your mouth watering before a creamy polenta and wild mushroom ragout with caramelized onions and kale chips for your main course. For dessert, a rich black forest trifle with vegan chocolate cake and custard, spoonfuls of juicy cherries and coconut cream.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
