In this private chef experience with Chef Regina, you'll enjoy a four-course meal with delightful coastal dishes. Soak up steamed mussels and saffron broth with crusty bread and enjoy pan-seared sea bass in white wine-caper sauce for your main course sided by decadent lobster macaroni and cheese. For dessert, sink your spoon into fresh crème brûlée topped with fresh gooseberries.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Regina is a seasoned culinary professional. She loves menu development and creating seasonal dishes with what is specifically in season. She taught me how to make one of the mother sauces, bechamel. Mac n cheese is one of my favorite dishes. I was very excited about learning this.
