Mexican and Asian cuisines merge under the professional touch of Chef Dominic for a truly unforgettable meal. Delight in citrus cured tuna sashimi with fresh herbs and vegetables before biting into a warm taco featuring carne asada. The grilled flank steak is topped with cotija crema and served alongside lime cilantro fried rice and a tangy salad of papaya and daikon. Finally, homemade churros and Mexican hot chocolate round out the meal.
