Mexican and Asian cuisines merge under the professional touch of Chef Dominic for a truly unforgettable meal. Delight in citrus cured tuna sashimi with fresh herbs and vegetables before biting into a warm taco featuring carne asada. The grilled flank steak is topped with cotija crema and served alongside lime cilantro fried rice and a tangy salad of papaya and daikon. Finally, homemade churros and Mexican hot chocolate round out the meal.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Dominic's passion for cuisine began in his grandma’s kitchen at the age of five, leading him to work his way through every setting from smaller kitchens to gourmet dining rooms. Among his top honors is working with James Beard award-winner Alex Siedel. His travels introduced him to fine French cooking, and he has never looked back. Chef Dominic's love of culinary artistry keeps him striving for perfection with every dish he creates.
