The steakhouse meets curated private chef experience with this gourmet meal prepared by Chef Victor. Begin with a light garden salad in a raspberry vinaigrette before slicing into a juicy filet mignon bathed in a mushroom and red wine demi glace. Sides of both herb roasted potatoes and sautéed garden vegetables complete the main course. End your steakhouse meal with a classic raisin vanilla bread pudding.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Victor has spent more 20 years perfecting his culinary craft. He’s worked in a wide variety of kitchens, ranging from well-loved chain eateries to fine dining establishments. As a culinary trainer, he has prepared kitchen staff and fellow chefs for the exciting work of food curation and preparation. With a broad knowledge base and a love for helping others, Chef Victor is excited to share his kitchen wisdom with a new audience.
