Begin with a light garden salad in a raspberry vinaigrette before slicing into a juicy filet mignon bathed in a mushroom and red wine demi glace. Sides of both herb roasted potatoes and sautéed garden vegetables complete the main course. End your steakhouse meal with a classic raisin vanilla bread pudding.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

As a culinary trainer, he has prepared kitchen staff and fellow chefs for the exciting work of food curation and preparation. With a broad knowledge base and a love for helping others, Chef Victor is excited to share his kitchen wisdom with a new audience.
