Private Chef - A Sophisticated Seafood Feast

Enjoy incredibly fresh, handcrafted seafood dishes with Chef Johnny.

This private chef experience with Chef Johnny offers an updated and modern take on a handful of classic seafood dishes. Begin with toasted cornbread topped with clam chowder, and iron skillet-seared jumbo shrimp drizzled with chipotle cocktail sauce. For your entrée, Chef Johnny will serve fresh snapper enveloped with spinach and a sherry crab sauce before a dessert of crème brûlée parfait with tart berries and lemon pound cake.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Johnny taught me how to make a simple mustard sauce. This is so versatile and can be used in so many ways from dipping or as a marinade. Sauces are something that are intimidating to me but he walked me through it and I was so surprised how simple and delicious it was.
