Bright flavors, fresh vegetables and savory sauces unite in this Asian stir-fry private chef experience with Chef Lawrencia. First, a delicate umami miso soup with spring onions followed by a beef stir-fry atop a bed of sticky rice and fresh vegetables. Next, a salad of jicama and arugula with a raw ginger dressing to cleanse your palate. Finally, peach cobbler gets an Asian twist with sweet and juicy peach egg rolls.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
