This Southern-inspired catfish dinner curated by Chef Unika is undeniably delicious.
In this private chef experience, Chef Unika brings the South to your kitchen from prep to cleanup, with a side of Southern charm. Begin with savory pimento cheese served in classic form with crackers and pickled vegetables before moving on to the main event: Fresh catfish battered in a light, crispy cornmeal breading, and served with a flourish of hot sauce, remoulade or tartar sauce, and your choice of side. For dessert, enjoy tart lemon velvet cupcakes.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Unika gave us an unforgettable cooking experience! We spent the night learning so much, laughing endlessly, and feasting like royalty at the end of it all. Since graduating from Le Cordon Bleu, Chef Unika has enjoyed an eclectic career that includes catering, recipe development for a food company and a winning turn on a popular Vice TV cooking show. Her advocacy for healthy cooking is a hallmark of her work, and her warmth and passion for creating well-made food are integral to her spirit.
