Chef Billy brings fine Italian dining to you during this sophisticated private chef experience.

Inspired by traditional Italian cuisine, Chef Billy will prepare a fancy, personalized three-course meal for you in this private chef experience. You'll start the meal with a fresh caprese salad, maple-balsamic glazed arugula salad, or mixed greens salad. Then, follow it up with either a cheesy braciole stuffed with delicious Italian ingredients, a fillet of sole filled with creamy, zesty flavor, or chicken braciolettini bursting with saucy goodness. For dessert, take your pick of traditional Italian treats.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Billy prepared a fabulous meal for us! The steak was cooked perfectly, the crab was delicious and we ended with the best tiramisu!. Can’t wait to have him over again!

Delicious food, large portions, and great conversation! Billy was fantastic. Would definitely use him for a catered event or an intimate dinner (which is what we had this time). He even took our garbage out!

We originally approached Billy to provide the desserts for my daughters wedding. Not only did he do an amazing job with the desserts, he also did the wedding brunch the following morning! He then helped me by preparing meals for my brother for two weeks as he was recuperating after surgery. He is now doing weekly meal prep for us! Highly recommend!
