Enjoy a French-inspired dinner menu uniquely crafted to your palette and preferences!

Chef Billy brings you a private chef experience on par with that of a French three-star Michelin restaurant with a personalized three-course menu. Some of the dishes you might choose from include a Belgian endive salad, crispy potato croquettes, traditional ratatouille, stuffed sole, flash-seared filet mignon and more. You'll even have an impressive array of sweet treat options to conclude the meal, such as chocolate éclairs, crème brûlée or a fruit tart pastry.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Potato croquettes with a homemade garlic aioli
Smoked salmon crostini with cucumbers and a lemon dill butter spread

Main Course

Filet Oscar with jumbo lump crabmeat and béarnaise sauce, grilled asparagus and roasted garlic mashed potatoes
Ratatouille with seasonal vegetables and thyme (optional: add ground beef, ground turkey or oven-roasted chicken breast)
Rolled fillet of sole with shrimp, crabmeat, white wine, lemon, butter and capers
Coq au Vin with raised chicken leg quarters, pearl onions, mushrooms, red wine, cognac and roasted garlic mashed potatoes
Beef Bourguignon with potatoes, vegetables, red wine and cognac

Chef Billy prepared a fabulous meal for us! The steak was cooked perfectly, the crab was delicious and we ended with the best tiramisu!. Can’t wait to have him over again!

Delicious food, large portions, and great conversation! Billy was fantastic. Would definitely use him for a catered event or an intimate dinner (which is what we had this time). He even took our garbage out!

We originally approached Billy to provide the desserts for my daughters wedding. Not only did he do an amazing job with the desserts, he also did the wedding brunch the following morning! He then helped me by preparing meals for my brother for two weeks as he was recuperating after surgery. He is now doing weekly meal prep for us! Highly recommend!
