Let Chef Greg prepare you a dinner to remember in this elegant private chef experience. It's a menu of unexpected delights prepared with Mediterranean influence and gourmet flair. You'll enjoy prawns pil pil flavored with fresh garlic and chili and a cucumber tomato salad bursting with goodness from the garden, followed by roasted lamb shank served with sautéed asparagus and garlic mashed potatoes. Mixed berries with citrus-infused cream awaits you for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Fun guy with great knowledge, learnt a lot from him, we cooked enough food to feed me for a week

Excellent experience. Chef Greg was knowledgeable, and suggested a different course for us than the sauces one in advance (since we are pescatarian). The course incorporated seafood and 3 of the 5 mother sauces, and he taught us about it throughout. It was less of a "class", and more of a tasting and showing experience, although we could've cooked more if we wanted to. He cleaned as he went, was respectful of our home, and only required use of our dishes (he brought utensils to prep the food with, aside from pots and pans). Overall, it was a great experience for a special evening for my wife and I, and we would highly recommend Chef Greg.

We took the chilled bites class for my sisters birthday and had a great time! Greg was willing to drive to Anaheim and was flexible with the start time. It was so much fun! Thanks Greg!
Growing up, Chef Greg fell in love with his mother’s great cooking and quickly began pursuing his own culinary career. After culinary school, he spent the next 25 years working in restaurants all across the world, including a stint at the prestigious Le Bel Age hotel in Hollywood. He’s amassed an expansive knowledge of cooking fundamentals, including chemistry and knife skills, and specializes in Italian and Mediterranean food.
