Chef Greg was phenomenal! Every dish was excellently prepared, he gave us tons of great tips on how to cook the dishes, he was very personable and easy to talk to. We were a little nervous about having someone come into our own kitchen to prepare the meal but it wasn’t an issue at all. He did a great job, we have tons of leftovers, and we would highly recommend him to anyone considering one of his classes!

We had an amazing experience with Chef Greg! He brought all the necessary ingredients/supplies and also helped with the cleanup, making the whole experience hassle-free. Greg himself was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and we loved hearing about his interesting life story. The food was delicious and we learned a ton. Highly recommend!

Greg over exceeded our expectations! He was knowledgeable, personable and made some delicious meals that we will definitely be repeating! We learned a lot of great tips and had some great conversation. He even did the dishes for us after each meal! Would definitely recommend him for a date night or group cooking class!

Chef Greg is a true renaissance man!
On top of an incredible four course meal, he regaled us with stories of his incredible life and travels. We sat around and laughed all while talking life, music, travel and of course food!
The food was incredible and he talked us through every step of the process. We learned new techniques, terminologies, and approaches to cooking easy and delicious dishes. I would absolutely recommend chef Greg to anyone who wants an incredible meal and a fun and memorable experience to boot!
I will definitely be doing this again!

Chef Greg was great and the food was amazing. We will definitely be taking another class. We learned so much!! He is very knowledgeable in food science and provided great tips and tricks for cooking. I 100% recommend Chef Greg’s courses as he is a great teacher.

We had a great time with Greg! And the food was great, too. (My teenagers are still talking about it)! At the same time, we learned some valuable cooking tips. I highly recommend Greg and this class as a fun activity with food-loving teenagers and adults.

I wish I could give zero. Very unprofessional! This guy almost ruined my birthday. He was forcing me to pay extra for groceries , etc. He was blaming the cozymeal. He just left when I said that he is not honest! Just left((

Chef Greg was fantastic. he was extremely patient, professional, and helped us with some very cool tricks to enhance our cooking. I would highly recommend anyone that is booking on Cozymeal to work with him. also, the food was AMAZING

Greg showed up on time and we got to speak a few times before he got here about kitchen equipment and prep. He has enormous experience and we actually did all 5 Mother sauces Plus variations! This class is for people who want to learn how to cook- not for someone to teach you a recipe. You can follow that from a page. This is skill- wish I had done it in my 20's. Plus the skill set is so important we may all do the class one more time.
For example we made the Hollandaise and in a separate pan had a reduction to alter it to béarnaise! If I only had berry's we would have made Sabayon!
We did the béchamel and turned it into a few items and from the Volute we made marsala and Française. All along Greg told us short cuts and fixes.
Our last sauce was the tomato and it was really good. Not like the Italian family style we have always made so for sure a useful skill.
If you really like to cook and want true skills this is your class! Fantastic!

Greg was a godsend to me. I had no idea regarding his capabilities until he cooked his first meal for me and my family. I've employed private chefs and caterers before but none of them compare with Greg's ability to cook a diversified array of flavorful menu items. Bravo Greg!!

Chef Greg is a professional head chef and consultant for over 25 years. He was trained in Dublin and has worked in multiple prestigious culinary establishments over his career. He has so much experience and skill to share with his guests.
Growing up, Chef Greg fell in love with his mother’s great cooking and quickly began pursuing his own culinary career. After culinary school, he spent the next 25 years working in restaurants all across the world, including a stint at the prestigious Le Bel Age hotel in Hollywood. He’s amassed an expansive knowledge of cooking fundamentals, including chemistry and knife skills, and specializes in Italian and Mediterranean food.
