Journey to Thailand with this vibrant menu curated by Chef Maggie.

In this private chef experience, discover fresh regional ingredients and the traditional flavors of Thai cuisine. Begin the meal with a bright green papaya salad with spicy dressing and a creamy tom kha soup. For the main course, Chef Maggie combines chilies, vegetables, peanuts and Thai basil with your choice of protein for a classic panang curry. Finish the meal with a classic Thai dessert of sweet mango and coconut sticky rice.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

The experience was great! We made a bunch of different rolls and got to be a little creative with them. We left feeling like we learned a lot and with a lot of food. Would definitely recommend this to anyone!

We had such a great time with Maggie! She's easy to get along with, is great at teaching, offered us a bunch of tips/shortcuts for making sushi or cooking in general. She made the experience a lot of fun. Also, we got to take home a boatload of leftovers which was awesome!
