The key to quality vegan cuisine is knowing how to source the right ingredients. In this unique private chef experience, Chef Dev will prepare a gourmet vegan meal that even the biggest meat-lovers will devour. You'll enjoy a completely vegan cheese platter before choosing either comforting vegan fried fish and macaroni and cheese or a decadent baked ziti. Save room for a plant-based and indulgent dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

My friends and I hired Chef Dev for a brunch gathering. I really enjoyed his vegan chicken and waffles. Some of my friends aren’t vegan and they thought that the mushrooms used for the chicken were actually chicken. I also appreciate the fact that his food was well seasoned and very flavorful. The infused water, and diffuser, he bought for the gathering helped create an amazing ambiance.

I attended a birthday party where Chef Dev was hired to cook for the event. As someone who is not vegan, I was extremely satisfied with the food. I was shocked when I found out that he used mushrooms as a stand-in for the "chicken" in the chicken and waffles. I never knew that mushrooms could taste so good. Although I have no intention of going vegan, Chef Dev opened my eyes to how wonderful vegan food can be.

When it comes to food I’m very picky but I enjoyed a lot of chef dev’s food, especially his fried cauliflower. I don’t like mushrooms so I didn’t try his vegan baked ziti but it did look delicious.
