In this private chef experience, Chef Kpannah invites you to discover a variety of gourmet dishes inspired by international cuisines. Enjoy four courses of global dishes, choosing from the chef's selections for your salad, soup, entrée and dessert. From a Mediterranean-inspired burrata and tomato salad and classic, French lobster bisque, to South American ribeye with tangy chimichurri or Asian-inspired hoisin-glazed short ribs, the chef will take you on a culinary journey bringing together vibrant dishes from across the globe.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

The Chef had an engaging personality and Dinner was delicious. You can tell that food was made from fresh, quality ingredients. I will definitely look for other menus from this chef and book again. I highly recommend!!

Chef Kpannah was indeed the consummate chef! She was friendly, prompt and professional. Most importantly our Mother’s Day meal was absolutely delicious! From the savory flavorful taste to the eye pleasing presentation! It was ALL lovely. She is highly recommended! Bon Appetit!

Chef Kpannah's culinary talents have been honed through years of kitchen experience. Her work has taken her to restaurants in New Jersey, Florida and Philadephia. As a line cook at The Four Seasons Philadelphia, she was introduced to the art of plating and presentation, which enhanced her skills for well-prepared cuisine. Now, Chef Kpannah is happy to share her expertise with aspiring chefs beginning their gourmet journey.
