Private Chef - Fresh Mediterranean Fare
In this healthy private chef experience, Chef Jenna will prepare several delicious and creative Mediterranean dishes designed to delight your tastebuds and fuel your body. The event begins with an appetizer of crunchy, fresh vegetables served with whipped feta, followed by savory mussels in spicy tomato broth. For the main dish, Chef Jenna will serve you smoky charred chicken with braised eggplant, fragrant bulgur wheat and a fennel purée. For dessert, enjoy a slightly sweet olive oil cake with grilled fruit and a beautiful honey and goat cheese foam.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
