Social Distancing Friendly Immerse yourself in the signature flavors of Italy with Chef Alessandro.
In this private chef experience, Chef Alessandro will prepare a classic Italian menu featuring regional ingredients and time-honored techniques. An apertivo of toasty bruschetta begins the meal, followed by a fresh caprese salad with bright tomatoes, bufala mozzarella and peppery arugula. Savor a traditional Roman dish for the main course, chicken scaloppine saltimbocca wrapped in crispy Parma ham, before indulging in a rich and creamy tiramisu for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

Chef Alessandro is an Italian native chef with 30 years experience in culinary arts. He has traveled around from Italy to the Bahamas to Hawaii working as a Private Chef and in restaurants. He has worked with famous movie stars as a chef for private jets. He has an abundant amount of experience and skills to share with you if you choose him!

He has also worked as a private chef for various exclusive clients and celebrities, in addition to having run his own successful restaurant. As a private chef, he boasts a positive attitude, seasoned expertise, and boundless creativity.
