In this private chef experience, Chef Alessandro brings an Italian twist to the traditional steak and seafood dinner. Start your meal with fresh shrimp cocktail followed by a savory bresaola carpaccio with creamy burrata and truffle oil. The centerpiece of the meal is a hearty seared steak with shrimp scampi in a buttery lemon sauce paired with roasted potatoes and sautéed spinach. For dessert, indulge in a double-layered chocolate cake.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.
