In this private chef experience, Chef Alessandro brings an Italian twist to the traditional steak and seafood dinner. Start your meal with fresh shrimp cocktail followed by a savory bresaola carpaccio with creamy burrata and truffle oil. The centerpiece of the meal is a hearty seared steak with shrimp scampi in a buttery lemon sauce paired with roasted potatoes and sautéed spinach. For dessert, indulge in a double-layered chocolate cake.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

He has worked with famous movie stars as a chef for private jets. He has an abundant amount of experience and skills to share with you if you choose him!
